The average land price in Summit County won’t increase by 45 percent this year like it did in January. There were only three lots sold in January and one of them was for $850,000. Land prices and sales did increase last year and that trend will probably continue, just not at the pace set in January. Prices in the next three months will almost certainly beat the really low prices of early last year, so prices will look a lot better.There are just over 1,500 properties for sale and 350 of them are vacant land.
