The Ridge Overview

The Ridge is a subdivision located just below Allred’s overlooking Mountain Village.  The subdivision is comprised of 19 single-family home lots and 31 condominium residences. The Ridge is automobile-free and must be accessed via gondola or a golf cart. Owner’s amenities include membership to the Ridge Club located in the same building as Allred’s, featuring a club house, media room and swimming pool.
